This is the simplest vegan recipe you will ever make! In less than 5 mins, you can have the best butter charcuterie board that pairs well with almost anything.

  • 1 stick vegan butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup apricot jam (or any jam you love)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp toastedalmonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • agave, to drizzle
  • fresh rosemary sprigs, to garnish
  • chili flakes, to garnish
  • Toasted baguette or warm sourdough, to serve
  1. Layer the butter in swirls on a serving board.
  2. Layer the jam, zest, almonds, and rosemary leaves, so that everything is evenly spread out.
  3. Drizzle with some agave, and sprinkle with rosemary leaves and chili flakes.
