- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves
- agave, to drizzle
- fresh rosemary sprigs, to garnish
- chili flakes, to garnish
- Toasted baguette or warm sour dough, to serve
