This Mediterranean-inspired hummus charcuterie board will be your next go-to recipe for your potluck and a crowd favorite. I wanted to make a super flavorful charcuterie board with some Mediterranean flavours and it is delicious!

Pro Tips:

  • You can pair this recipe with my Homemade Hummus Recipe to get the full Mediterranean experience.
  • If you are not a fan of spice, you can omit the chili oil.
  • If you want your nan to be extra crispy and soft, you can air fry it

Hummus Charcuterie Board

INGREDIENTS:

Mediterranean Salad

  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
  • a pinch of sumach, to sprinkle
  • salt to taste

Ingredients
Mediterranean Salad
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • pinch of sumac
  • salt to taste
Hummus with Toppings Options:
Charcuterie Board Dipping Options
  • pita/naan cut into triangles
  • crackers or chips
  • middle eastern bread
  • Cucumber slices
  • Red pepper slices
Instructions
  1. Make the Mediterranean salad by tossing everything together in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
  2. Layer the hummus in swirls on a serving board.
  3. Liberally sprinkle the hummus with zatar.
  4. Layer the cooked protein of choice, Mediterranean salad, roasted garlic, olives and radish onto the hummus, so that everything is evenly spread out.
  5. Drizzle with some spicy oil, or harissa, and olive oil.
  6. Serve with red pepper slices, cucumber, warm pita, crackers, and anything else you love!
