This Mediterranean-inspired hummus charcuterie board will be your next go-to recipe for your potluck and a crowd favorite. I wanted to make a super flavorful charcuterie board with some Mediterranean flavours and it is delicious!
Pro Tips:

- If you are not a fan of spice, you can omit the chili oil.
- If you want your nan to be extra crispy and soft, you can air fry it

INGREDIENTS:
Mediterranean Salad
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- squeeze of lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
- a pinch of sumach, to sprinkle
- salt to taste
Hummus with Topping options:
- 2 cups Hummus
- 1 radish sliced
- 3 tbsp chopped olives
- Chili oil or harissa,to taste
- olive oil, to drizzle
- zatar, to sprinkle
- sumach, to sprinkle
- Roasted garlic
- 1 cup veggie steak strips or vegetarian ground beef
Charcuterie Board Dipping Options:
- pita/naan cut into triangles
- crackers or pita chips
- middle eastern bread
- 1/4 Cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 Red pepper, cut into thick slices
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:
- 1 large tomato, diced

- 2 cups Hummus
- Roasted garlic
- 1 radish sliced
- 3 tbsp chopped olives

- 1 cup cooked veggie steak strips or vegetarian ground beef,
- pita/naan cut into triangles
- crackers or chips

- Cucumber slices
- Red pepper slices
- Make the Mediterranean salad by tossing everything together in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
- Layer the hummus in swirls on a serving board.
- Liberally sprinkle the hummus with zatar.
- Layer the cooked protein of choice, Mediterranean salad, roasted garlic, olives and radish onto the hummus, so that everything is evenly spread out.
- Drizzle with some spicy oil, or harissa, and olive oil.
- Serve with red pepper slices, cucumber, warm pita, crackers, and anything else you love!
