To create this recipe, all you need is Vegan-friendly chips/crackers, your favorite fruits and snacks, and your favorite cheese. You can also add flowers and other ornaments that will make the colors pop!

Vegan Date Night Cheese Board
Whether you are celebrating Galentines, Single’s day, Valentine’s Day, you can celebrate love every day by treating yourself to this simple-vegan Charcuterie Board. This is also a great way to impress your crush by gifting it in a box. Get creative and add love notes and any ingredients that fit into their dietary restrictions and budget.

INGREDIENTS FOR VALENTINE’S DAY CHARCUTERIE (VEGAN):
- Vegan Cheese
- Smoked Tofu
- Chocolate Bark
- Cookies or Candy
- Baguette Crisps
- Flowers or Herbs for Decorating
- Optional Wine to serve
- 1 handful popcorn
- ½ wheel or brick of vegan cheese (option to cut into cubes)
- ½ block smoked tofu, sliced
- 6 strawberries
- 1 handful raspberries
- 1 handful chocolate bark
- 6 cookies or 1 handful of candy
- 1 handful crackers
- 6-8 baguette crisps
- fresh flowers or herbs for decorating
- optional wine to serve
- Place a small bowl of popcorn in the middle of your board, and then place the cheese in the corner opposite it.
- Add the sliced smoked tofu in the opposite corner.
- Then, just place the remaining items on the board until it's filled to your liking.
- Add flowers or fresh herbs for garnish and serve with some wine.
