  • I made the ““Watermelon ‘Feta’ Mint Salad,” but renamed it Watermelon Hemp Basil Salad. This is VERY close to Candice recipe, but using seeded or alkaline ingredients.
    My version was made with

    Ingredients

    * 6 key lime, juiced
    * 3 tbsp olive oil
    * Pinch of sea salt
    * 1 cucumber,spiralized
    * 3 cups seeded watermelon, I used melon balls
    * ¼ cup red onion, fine dice
    * 1 avocado, cubed
    * ¼ cup hemp seeds
    * ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

    The favor married so well. It was very light but somewhat filling due to the avocado, hemp seeds, and olive oil. The favors truly remind me of what makes summer so special.
