10 Instagram Worthy Vegan Recipes
Okay so Smoothie Bowls are one of the most cliche instagram worthy vegan recipes around. It’s vibrant, tasty and healthy! Nothing shouts out instagrammable vegan food like pink smoothie bowls! This raspberry lemon flavour smoothie bowl is tart and sweet. I also added Omega-3 in this smoothie bowl recipe to provide more nutrition. Smoothie bowls are not only pretty, but they’re perfect sources for many nutrients!
2. Vegan Omelet
One of the most instagram worthy photos you can take is posting a photo of food that doesn’t look vegan and shocking your friends with a vegan lookalike! You’ll get comments like “WTF that’s vegan?! Can’t be!” or “That looks real, can’t be vegan!” This Vegan Omelet recipe will shock your feed! It looks and tastes so similar! Bonus: It’s perfect for Brunch and Brunch is super instagrammable.
These were originally on the menu for a limited time. Now you can enjoy the vegan version, all the time. When I posted a photo of my Wendy’s vegan spicy nuggets, my instagram blew up! Everyone was shook that these were vegan and now you can make them for yourself and friends and capture how finger licking good they are!
If you’re planning to throw a party and want friends to take instagram photos of your event, nothing says instagrammable then a vegan grazing table! A grazing table is perfect for any event, whether work-related or personal get togethers! This grazing table of food was also under $100 so super affordable to feed people!
Nothing says “trendy” more than black charcoal ice cream! I saw so many people in my city walking around with black ice cream and taking pics for the gram. This recipe is the perfect thing for a hot day and an instagram photo. I decided to make my black ice cream with a tropical pineapple and coconut flavour because I desperately wanted the taste of a vacation and instead of taking one, it was cheaper to make and eat an entire bowl of ice cream!
6. Vegan Nachos
Everyone loves nachos, so vegan nachos should get all the WOOoooOOW’s! Nachos are such a simple and crowd-pleasing snack, that is totally customizable for any flavour palette. This dish is the easiest thing to make for a party, and only 12 minutes to make which is basically how long it takes to get that perfect food angle for an insta pic.
Everyone loves a good taco truck photo for the gram. If there is no Vegan Taco Truck where you live, make these. I promise it will fulfill the taco craving and probably become your next phone background. Cue fiesta music. Cue dancing.
No bake, ice cream cake. Remember ice cream cakes you use to have as a kid on your birthday? Well, now you can make a vegan version as an adult and make all your childhood friends jealous. This cake got a lot of attention this summer and it’s the perfect treat for children and adults, vegans or non-vegans. Oreos and peanut butter. Do I need to say more?
Once again, Mexican food made the list. I can’t resist it, the freshness, something crunchy, and spice. It’s just the best, and honestly, these corn are super cute for BBQ pics and even selfies. This list should’ve been called “Candice’s favourite Mexican inspired dishes and desserts” because I love vibrant Mexican food so much.
Last, but definitely not least, the Vegan Dairy Queen Blizzard. This has been one of my favourite recipes to share with you so far this summer. It’s one of the most instagram worthy vegan recipes! This thick, creamy dessert is filled with nostalgia and sweetness. You can even flip it upside down like they do it at DQ to showcase this instagrammable vegan food. Check out my recipe for Strawberry CheeseQuake Blizzard and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard!
