Maple Garlic Sauce
VEGAN | GLUTEN-FREE OPTION
This simple 5 ingredient recipe is similar to a traditional honey garlic wing sauce but with a Canadian twist: Maple Syrup. Toss crispy cauliflower wings or any vegan meat alternative in this sauce or serve on the side for dipping.
GLUTEN-FREE TIP: Swap soy sauce for tamari.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAPLE GARLIC SAUCE:
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- In a small saucepan, heat vegan butter over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and saute for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add maple syrup, soy sauce and mustard powder. Cook, whisking for 3 minutes until hot and bubbling.
- Immediately reduce heat to low and keep warm until ready to use.

Made this with regular butter and it was delicious. I made another but without garlic this was also delicious. Plan to have it with my maple chicken balls for dipping 😋
Thanks for the recipe
