So, how do you make chickpeas crispy? Let’s get started. You can choose to make them in a pan on the stovetop or bake in the oven. You can even pop these in the air fryer! You just need to dry off the drained chickpeas in a clean kitchen towel ahead of time, then toss them in olive oil and seasonings and cook until browned and crunchy!

How many servings does this make?

You can make approximately 3 cups of crispy chickpeas with 2 cans. Depending on how many people will be enjoying these delicious treats, you can gauge about 1/3 cup per serving.

How long will this last?

These crispy chickpeas are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven but will hold up well in a packed lunch for school or work, or even be stored in a container with a folded paper towel for optimal crispiness for a few days.
