This Russian dressing can be used as a sandwich spread or as dips for fries or veggies. Since there are not too many vegan options out there, I thought I’d make my version of this irresistible salad dressing.

Vegan Russian Salad Dressing
This Vegan Russian Dressing is ironically an American classic despite its name. Though similar to other dressings like thousand island or French, the use of horseradish in this recipe gives it a nice kick! It is a delicious additive to sandwiches, burgers and even a dip for your favorite snacks.
This simple recipe just requires a small bowl and whisk to combine. You can store the leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
