The Edgy Veg

This is one of the best Vegan Russian salad dressings you can make in less than 2 mins using what you already have in the kitchen. This Russian dressing can be used as a sandwich spread or as dips for fries or veggies. Since there are not too many vegan options out there, I thought I’d make my version of this irresistible salad dressing.

Whether you are looking for a homemade dressing for your favorite Ruben sandwich or want to spice up your regular Thousand island or French dressing, this perfect vegan mayo-based sauce uses only 7 ingredients!

Vegan Russian Salad Dressing

This Vegan Russian Dressing is ironically an American classic despite its name. Though similar to other dressings like thousand island or French, the use of horseradish in this recipe gives it a nice kick! It is a delicious additive to sandwiches, burgers and even a dip for your favorite snacks.

This simple recipe just requires a small bowl and whisk to combine. You can store the leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
