I’m going to show you how to make my easy vegan thousand island dressing recipe in 2 mins! This is a vegan twist on a classic salad dressing hat everyone loves.
This is also one of my favourite recipes for burger night because this thousand island dressing is full of flavour and only uses 7 ingredients. All you have to do is whisk everything in a bowl and use it on your salad, burgers, fries, or sandwiches!

INGREDIENTS FOR THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING (VEGAN):
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
