The popular Nature’s Cereal from Tiktok is natural but is it cereal? The original Nature’s cereal recipe on TikTok uses blueberries, blackberries, pomegranates & coconut water!
Then Lizzo made her own Nature’s Cereal on Tiktok using berries, ice cubes, and coconut water! This cereal is jampacked with berries and nutrition making this a healthy and natural version of “cereal”! I loved it!

DAIRY-FREE & GLUTEN-FREE
I jumped on this Nature’s Cereal trend and after trying both versions, I wanted to make my own version which tasted even better!
Instead of coconut water, I used coconut kefir (with probiotic benefits)! Coconut kefir is a refreshing and basically a coconut-based vegan drinkable yogurt. It has healthy gut bacteria and probiotics and paired with fresh fruit, it’s part of a delicious and nutritious plant-based breakfast.

INGREDIENTS FOR NATURE’S CEREAL (VEGAN):
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Coconut Kefir or Coconut Water
Just add the listed berried below to a bowl & top with vegan kefir for a simple & delicious plant-based breakfast or snack. The “milk” turns bright pink, giving you a beautiful, Instagram-worthy breakfast!

- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- ¾ cup ofCoconut kefir or coconut water
- Add fruit to a bowl and top with vegan kefir or coconut water like original TikTok.
