This simple protein veggie smoothie tastes like a milkshake but full of nutritious green veggies and protein! Quickly blend it & sip it for a simple grab and go breakfast to keep you fueled all morning!
If you don’t have or enjoy protein power, simply leave it out or swap it for a more whole-food option like hemp seeds, chia seeds, and flax!

INGREDIENTS FOR PROTEIN VEGGIE SMOOTHIE (VEGAN):
- Protein Powder
- Green Veggie of choice (Spinach, Kale or baby greens)
- Soy Milk
- Frozen Banana
- Nut Butter
- Dairy-Free Yogurt (optional)
- Cocoa Powder (optional for protein and more sweetness)
- Optional Supplements that provide extra green protein: greens powder, algae, etc
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla plant-based protein powder)
- Green veggie of choice (handful of Spinach or Kale)
- ½-1 cup soy milk (high protein)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp creamy nut butter (i used almond butter)
- Cocoa Powder (optional for protein and more sweetness)
- ½ cup plain dairy-free yogurt (optional)
- Optional supplements for extra green protein (I like greens powder, algae, etc)
- Blend ingredients until all the ingredients are combined and your protein veggie smoothie is smooth.
