Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pot.
  2. Bring everything to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, and cover.
  3. Simmer, covered until the liquid is reduced by half, about 15-20 mins. Check it periodically.
  4. Remove the pot from the heat and immediately strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar or bottle.
  5. Allow the Worcestershire sauce to cool, then place it into the fridge.
Notes
store in the fridge, in an airtight container, for up to 3 months.
