This is a lovely creamy not too sticky BBQ sauce I couldn’t get Guiness so used stout which is the same in a way,I found it a bit too tomatoes si added more brown sugar and some chilli flakes and smoked paprika and it was less sweet and better with a kick my version is better I think!

  • Hi, this looks fantastic!

How long can this last and what is the best way to store?
Can you keep unrefrigerated in an airtight container? How long can it be stored in the fridge once opened?

    Thank you 🙂

    • yes you can refrigerate it in an airtight container. I would say it is fresh up to 2 weeks.
