This tastes just like the non-vegan classic and is 100 times better than the store-bought version. It only takes a few minutes to whip up a homemade cream cheese frosting, all vegan.This is a great recipe for Christmas and Valentine’s Day treats, or anytime you’re looking to make a carrot cake or red velvet cupcakes. - Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for about 1 minute.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until smooth and creamy.
