This snack is inspired by something I used to eat as an after-school snack often as a kid. This snack is a fast and simple vegan snack or meal that is made using a quick homemade pizza sauce, tortillas and your favourite pizza toppings.

Vegan Tortilla Pizza
This vegan tortilla pizza recipe is simple to make on your own or with your family or friends. All you have to do is mix together the sauce ingredients, spread the sauce over a tortilla, add toppings of choice and bake until cheese is melted.

INGREDIENTS FOR TORTILLA PIZZA (VEGAN):
- Tomato Paste
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
- Vegan Cheese
- Flour Tortillas
- Vegan Pepperoni
- Bell Peppers
- Chili Flakes
- …any other pizza topping you love!
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- black pepper
- sea salt
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a medium-sized bowl whisk together tomato paste, water, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on all tortillas.
- Add your toppings of choice and tip with cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve
