This vegan tortilla pizza recipe is simple to make on your own or with your family or friends. All you have to do is mix together the sauce ingredients, spread the sauce over a tortilla, add toppings of choice and bake until cheese is melted.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl whisk together tomato paste, water, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly on all tortillas.
  5. Add your toppings of choice and tip with cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and serve

    Added this to my weekday meal list! Made it tonight and it was delicious! Topped with spinach, frozen corn, gardein chick’n strips (warmed beforehand) and topped with daiya cheese shreds. Definitely sharing this with my daughter who’s going back to university and finally has an oven
