I'm going to show you how to make easy vegan tortilla pizza in 5 mins! This healthy tortilla pizza uses plant-based ingredients and you can add any additional veggies to your tortilla pizza

¼ cup
tomato paste
½ cup water
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
garlic powder
½ tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
Italian seasoning
black pepper
sea salt
1 cup
vegan cheese
4
flour tortillas
optional toppings:
vegan pepperoni
bell pepper
onion
chili flakes
mushrooms
...any other pizza topping you love!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium-sized bowl whisk together tomato paste, water, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on all tortillas.
Add your toppings of choice and tip with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Slice and serve
