I’m going to show you how to make TikTok-inspired Everything Bagel Rollups but vegan in just 5 mins! 

This is one of the many TikTok food trends that I just had to hop on. Everyone seems to be using store-bought cream cheese and Everything Bagel Seasoning in theirs and I happen to have homemade vegan recipes for both of those. All you have to do is spread cream cheese over a tortilla and sprinkle with Everything Bagel then roll up, slice, and fry on each side for a creamy crunchy snack.

  1. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tops of the tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle each with everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Roll up each tortilla, and slice them into 1-inch bites.
  4. Heat butter in a large frying pan, over medium heat, and fry the bites for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
