I’ll show you below how to make easy taco popcorn for a classic salty snack. This recipe is perfect for a snack craving or movie night!

INGREDIENTS FOR TACO POPCORN (VEGAN):
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:
- Baking Sheet or Bowl
- Measuring Spoons
- Air Popping Popcorn Machine (optional)
Full Recipe Down Below
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ cup popcorn of choice
- ¼ tsp tajin or chili lime seasoning
- 2 tbsp - ¼ cup melted dairy-free butter
- Prepare popcorn using your preferred method. I use my air-popping popcorn machine with kernels.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together taco seasoning, nutritional yeast and tajin. Set aside.
- On a large baking sheet or in a bowl, place popcorn. Drizzle the melted butter, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning mixture over the popcorn, and toss well to coat. Season to taste.
