VEGAN, DAIRY-FREE & GLUTEN-FREE
This chocolatey creamy chunky monkey smoothie is perfect if you’re on the go or need a pre-workout meal. It tastes like a milkshake but it’s full of superfoods!
Quickly blend it up and sip it for a simple grab and go breakfast to keep you fueled all morning!
INGREDIENTS FOR CHUNKY MONKEY SMOOTHIE (VEGAN):
- Oat Milk (or any plant-based milk)
- Cacao Powder
- Banana
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Greens
- Vegan Protein Powder (if you want protein chunky monkey smoothie)
- Maple Syrup (Optional)
- Any Additional Supplements (greens powder, algae, etc)
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 scoops vegan protein powder
- 1 banana, frozen is best
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- Handful greens
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, Optional
- Any additional supplements (I like greens powder, algae, etc)
- Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth.
