EGG-FREE, VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE

This cookie dough doesn’t use eggs or raw flour, making it safe to eat. It uses only 7 ingredients and you can add any mix-ins of your choice. If you don’t have oat flour, you can easily make it by blending your desired measurement in oats at high speed for about 30 seconds until you have a finely milled flour. Alternatively, use coconut or almond flour.

Please note that this dough is not intended to be baked as it’s intended to be eaten “raw” without the risks of raw cookie dough. If baked, it will not result in a proper chocolate chip cookie. You can try this chocolate chip cookie recipe instead.

  1. In a large bowl, cream together vegan butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add oat flour and salt and combined and a dough forms.
  3. If your dough is too crumbly, add about 1 tbsp of plant-based milk and mix.
  4. Form into little chunks/balls and place them onto a lined baking sheet or keep in a sealable container for easy access to spoonfuls.
  5. Store in the freezer.
