This edible cookie dough recipe uses 7-ingredients to make egg-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan edible cookie dough for one.

  1. In a large bowl, cream together vegan butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add oat flour and salt and combined and a dough forms.
  3. If your dough is too crumbly, add about 1 tbsp of plant-based milk and mix.
  4. Form into little chunks/balls and place them onto a lined baking sheet or keep in a sealable container for easy access to spoonfuls.
  5. Store in the freezer.
