INGREDIENTS FOR SHAMROCK SHAKE (VEGAN):
- Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream (I prefer cashew-based ice cream)
- Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
- Mint Extract
- Greens (I used Spinach)
- Vegan Whipped Cream
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT I USED:
- Measuring Utensils
- Combine the ice cream, milk, mint extract, and spinach in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Serve immediately, topped with whipped cream.
