Can you believe vegan cookie dough could be healthy and full of protein and nutrients?
Cookie dough is typically a not-so-healthy treat, but honestly, I could eat cookie dough all the time, so I wanted to make a healthy version so I didn’t feel so bad! It’s now a healthy guilty pleasure! Now, here’s how you can make my vegan version of Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!
INGREDIENTS FOR EDIBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed (roughly 1 1/2 cups)
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup + 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- ½ tsp sea salt (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDIBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE
Take a food processor and add white beans, your choice of nut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Process until all the ingredients are broken down and well incorporated into a thick dough. Then, you’ll want to scrape down the sides as needed. Taste the dough and add salt to taste.
Remove the dough from the food processor and transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Place in the fridge until cooled. Once the dough is cooled, fold in the chocolate chips.
Enjoy as a dip with cookies, as a spread, or roll into balls. Store in the fridge.

Recipe for Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
