Cookie dough is typically a not-so-healthy treat, but honestly, I could eat cookie dough all the time, so I wanted to make a healthy version so I didn’t feel so bad! It’s now a healthy guilty pleasure!edible chocolate chip cookie dough Now, here’s how you can make my vegan version of Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!

INGREDIENTS FOR EDIBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDIBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE

Take a food processor and add white beans, your choice of nut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

Process until all the ingredients are broken down and well incorporated into a thick dough. Then, you’ll want to scrape down the sides as needed. Taste the dough and add salt to taste.

Remove the dough from the food processor and transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Place in the fridge until cooled. Once the dough is cooled, fold in the chocolate chips.

Enjoy as a dip with cookies, as a spread, or roll into balls. Store in the fridge.

    Thanks for sharing! Suggestion: try adding 2 tsp of molasses as part of the sweetener; it gives it a brown sugar taste. I forgot to add the salt, but other than it’s a keeper. Thanks again!

  • Tried this on the weekend and my partner loved them! He didn’t know it was made form beans! I love guilty pleasure food that’s on the healthier side and love all the nutrients and high protein this recipe has (beans, nut butter, etc.). I added the chocolate chips before I let them cool and loved that the chips melted creating a galaxy swirl! I prefer melted chocolate then eating chucks of chocolate chips but that’s just me! Just watched your video and noticed you melted the chips too when testing and although you weren’t a fan, I totally was 🙂 either way, melted or chunky, this chocolate chip cookie dough is the bomb🔥❤️
