INGREDIENTS FOR CAPER AIOLI (VEGAN):
- Vegan Mayonnaise
- Capers
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Dill
- Dijon Mustard
- Garlic
- Lemon juice or pickle juice
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:
- Food Processor or small bowl + whisk
- Measuring Utensils
- ½ cup plant-based mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- ¼ tsp dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp pickle juice or lemon
- In a small bowl. whisk together the plant-based mayonnaise, capers, parsley, dill, mustard, garlic and pickle juice and refrigerate.
