This easy air fryer broccolini recipe uses broccolini and simple seasoning to make delicious air-fried broccolini in 4 minutes.
This broccolini recipe is for an air fryer recipe. If you’re not sure what an air fryer is, it’s basically a small convection oven. And I’m obsessed with them. The air fryer reduces preheating wait time and cooks quickly using the circulation of hot air, allowing you to use very little oil.
Air Fryer Broccolini
DAIRY-FREE & GLUTEN-FREE
To make air fryer broccolini all you have to do is add your seasoned broccolini to the basket of an air fryer, stacking to leave room for airflow, and set for 3 minutes. When the timer is up, the air fryer will turn off, allowing you to pull out freshly cooked veggies at the perfect time.
Broccolini is basically broccoli’s thin and fancy sister. You could definitely make this recipe using broccoli, asparagus or other hearty greens of your choice. Packed with vitamin A and antioxidants, this side dish is perfect for even picky eaters!

- 2 broccolini, bunches
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp tajin (optional)
- Trim the woody ends off the broccolini.
- In a medium-size bowl, toss the broccolini in olive oil, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, and tajin (or seasoning of choice). If you don’t have tajin, you can use any spice mix you love. I have also done this with cajun seasoning and seasoning salt.
