In a medium-size bowl, toss the broccolini in olive oil, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, and tajin (or seasoning of choice). If you don’t have tajin, you can use any spice mix you love. I have also done this with cajun seasoning and seasoning salt.
Set your air fryer to 330 degrees F. Add the broccolini to the air fryer, set to 350F and cook for 3 mins. Remove and serve.
