Blueberries, pears and grapes, Oh My! This fresh blueberry smoothie has healthy sugars for a natural pick me up, and energy boost. Because of the antioxidants found in blueberries, this fresh juice makes for a yummy detoxifier after a late night, or if you’ve found yourself in a junk food rut. The pear help with inflammation and is packed with fiber, vitamin C & K, boron and other key nutrients. The grapes will also contribute greatly with their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory health benefits. With all of the healthy goodness in one glass, I’ll bet that you will be drinking this fresh fruit smoothie on a regular basis.
