Ingredients
- 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup natural cashew butter or macadamia nut butter
- ⅔ cup pure maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (approx.)
- Ground cloves
- Black salt or sea salt
- ¼ cup rum (approx.)
- 4 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a pinch of clove and black salt; blend on High until combined.
- Taste the milk mixture and adjust cinnamon, salt and clove to your preference.
- Add rum and blend on High until combined and slightly foamy. Add more rum if you want to make your eggnog a little more boozy.
- Serve cold or warm garnished with a cinnamon stick.
