This vegan egg nog is the perfect substitute, made with creamy cashews, cinnamon, nutmeg and rum to give you that signature flavour. Serve it chilled or warmed, spiked or virgin, this eggnog will get you egg-cited for the holidays!
In a blender, combine almond milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a pinch of clove and black salt; blend on High until combined.
Taste the milk mixture and adjust cinnamon, salt and clove to your preference.
Add rum and blend on High until combined and slightly foamy. Add more rum if you want to make your eggnog a little more boozy.
Serve cold or warm garnished with a cinnamon stick.
