- Juice a couple beets, and a lemon the night before you go out. To keep the juice nutrient dense store it in a glass jar and refrigerate.
- Wake up after a night of self abuse and walk to your fridge. Take out your pre-made juice and pour into a shot glass.
- Add a few drops of your favorite tincture. My favorite for hangovers include; Milk Thistle, Maca, Oil of oregano and Astragalus.
- Then shoot it and go back to bed! Voila!
