I'm going to show you how to make my easy vegan loaded fries! These loaded fries use 5 simple vegan ingredients & take 20 mins to cook!

  1. Prepare your vegan scrambled eggs (aka tofu scramble)
  2. Heat some oil in a small pan and cook your crumbled vegan sausage for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Cook fries according to package instructions & toss with a sprinkle of sea salt.
  4. Meanwhile, you can prepare the vegan hollandaise sauce.
  5. Place your fries into a serving dish/platter.
  6. Top your fries with tofu scramble, and sausage crumbles. Drizzle with Hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with cheese of choice and garnish with parsley.
  7. Enjoy your vegan loaded fries!
