  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake or air-fry the tater tots as per package instructions then place them into a casserole dish.
  3. Cut up vegan sausage and fry them on medium high heat for 3-5 mins, or until browned and heated through.
  4. Sprinkle tofu scramble and sausage on top of your tater tots and top with vegan cheese shreds or cheese sauce,
  5. Slide the tots into your oven until the cheese shreds have melted, about 5-7 mins.
  6. Once cheese is melted, take the casserole out of the oven and drizzle with Hollandaise sauce.
  7. Top with fresh chopped chives & serve.
