Vegan Donut Ice Cream Sandwich
I'm going to show you how to make the best vegan donut ice cream sandwich ever! All you need is vegan ice cream, vegan donuts and maple syrup!

1 BBQ Grill or Oven
1 Saucepan
1 Ice Cream Scooper
- 2 vegan donuts glazed or sugared, cut in half
- 4 scoops vegan ice cream of choice
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp bourbon optional
In a small saucepan, bring the maple syrup (and bourbon if you have/want) to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins until thickened and slightly reduced. Set aside.
Preheat a BBQ grill or grill pan to high, and grill donut halves, glazed side down, until charred, about 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
Place 2 scoops of ice cream in between each donut sandwich and press down.
Drizzle with Maple syrup glaze (or maple syrup & bourbon glaze) and enjoy!
