I'm going to show you how to make my dairy-free ranch seasoning recipe at home! Using 8 seasoning spices, this dairy-free ranch seasoning is easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp + 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp dried chives
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt or MSG
  • 2 tsp dried dill
Instructions
  1. In a blender, blend together nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, chives, pepper, salt and or MSG.
  2. Stir in dill and parsley and transfer to a container or jar.
Notes
TIPS:
To make a salad dressing: Whisk together 1 tbsp ranch powder with ½ cup plant-based mayo, 2 tbsp plant-based milk, and optional 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
To make a Dip: Whisk 1 tbsp ranch powder ½ cup vegan sour cream, or vegan mayo.
Whisk 1 tbsp ranch powder with ½ cup vegan yogurt, and 1 tsp lemon juice and grated cucumber for a refreshing yogurt sauce.
Use 1 tbsp in your favourite breading for breaded tofu.
