I'm going to show you how to make easy Adventist haystacks! What are Adventist haystacks? It's a traditional Seventh-Day Adventist meal that's essentially a taco salad and every area of the world has its own version and has endless combinations of tasty toppings.

Ingredients
1 bag corn tortillas or 2 bags Fritos
approx 5 cups cook beans, refried beans or veggie chili
Meanwhile, put all toppings and sauces into separate bowls if you're having a potluck allowing everyone to grab a plate and assemble their own Haystacks.
To make haystacks, place a hand full of whole or crunched-up tortilla chips (or Fritos) onto a plate. Add heated chili or beans and then top with veggies one layer at a time, finishing with salsa and/or sour cream and green onion or cilantro.
Eat with a fork or use your chips to enjoy.
