Ingredients
1 cup grated tofu
½ cup plant-based mayo
2 tsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp kelp powder
2 green onions, finely chopped
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and place in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 30 mins and up to 5 days. You could eat it right away, but highly recommend letting it marinate in the fridge for a little bit for the best result.
