Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles until al dente. reserve 2 tbsp to ¼ cup of the cooking water and drain off the water and keep noodles in the same pot, but off the heat.
Add the butter, reserved cooking water, spinach, the flavour packet and stir until the sauce is creamy and noodles are coated.
Season with crushed red pepper flakes and/or Everything Bagel seasoning.
