Air Fryer fried rice can be made in 15 minutes by frying up frozen veggies with rice in an air fryer. It's that easy!

  1. In a large bowl mix together; rice, frozen corn, frozen peas, and tofu cubes.
  2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix to coat the rice and veggies.
  3. Transfer the rice mixture to an oven-safe bowl and place it into the air fryer.
  4. Cook the rice for 15 mins at 350F, stirring every 5 mins or so.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
