Caesar Kale Salad

This vegan Caesar salad is a healthy twist on the original salad. It's much heartier than traditional recipe, but still garlicky, briny, and even cheesy. It's ready in just a few minutes and is really easy to make. Tastes AMAZING too!

  1. In a large bowl, add kale and a couple tablespoons of lemon juice or oil and massage for about 2 minutes. This helps the kale to breakdown and makes it easily digestible.
  2. Add a few tablespoons of the Caesar dressing to the kale, mix until all the kale is coated, adding more dressing to taste.
  3. Place in portioned bowls, sprinkle with parmesan and top with coconut bacon and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
  4. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
