I just made the recipe for the first time – the flavor is fantastic but the bacon was still wet adn kind of chewy after cooking. Should I put let marinade or do you have any other suggestions? Thank you. Cindy
Try sliding your fingers over the rice paper to remove access marinade before baking, or add a few minutes to the cook time
I made this for the first time this morning, and DAMN! This is, by far, the best vegan rice paper bacon recipe there is! You go girl! I’l be happily making this many many many more times 🙂
