This vegan breakfast burrito is a great way to change up your normal veg breakfast routine. Move on over smoothies!!! Feel free to play around with the ingredients depending on what you have in your fridge, or what you are craving that day! The inspiration for these breakfast burritos came from those served at Maderas Village in Nicaragua, where James and I travelled last year.
Cook until desired consistency is reached, about 5 more minutes.
When desired consistency is reached sprinkle on some of your vegan cheese, and vegan deli meat, and cook until cheese has melted, and the deli meat is warmed and slightly crispy.
