After a good hard workout, replenishing your electrolytes is very important. Most folks turn to Gatorade or PowerAde, but I stay far away from that stuff and make homemade Gatorade instead.

Ingredients
  • 3-4 cups coconut water
  • ⅛-1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt, to taste
  • ½ watermelon, cubed
  • 1 oz Nutri Maqui supplement
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp crushed Calcium magnesium tablets or powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the watermelon in a blender, and blend until you get juice.
  2. Pour into to a mason jar, or jug of choice.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to your mason jar, and shake or mix until well combined.
  4. Enjoy.
