This is the easiest, most delicious vegan snack ever. This basic, cheesy avocado toast recipe will become one of you favourite go-to breakfasts or snacks.

  • 1 slice bread (try crusty artisan breads like rye, multigrain or sourdough)
  • ⅓ to ½ ripe, fresh Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
  • Nutritional Yeast, to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
  • Sea salt, to taste
  1. Toast your bread on both sides.
  2. Smash on avocado with a fork, or layer in slices.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of Nutritional yeast, salt and cracked pepper to suit your tastebuds.
  4. Enjoy on it's own or serve with a side salad or soup.
