Just like regular white chocolate, this vegan version has a rich and creamy flavour and is ultra-sweet-- Making it a fantastic part of any dessert recipe. It's incredibly easy to make, and stores for a long time. You can use it on cupcakes, candies or eat it on its own!

Serves: approx. 1 cup
  1. Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler or melt in the microwave until liquified.
  2. Pour your butter into your high-speed blender with our remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until well combined. Evenly pour onto a parchment paper-lined baking pan, and place in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes- 1 hour.
  4. Break into serveable pieces and enjoy!!!!
If you don't have raw cashew butter, just blend raw cashews in a high-speed blender until it becomes cashew butter.
