Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp engevita
1 tbsp turmeric
½ tsp sea salt
2 cups cashews
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup water, as needed
Instructions
Process garlic and salt until small.
Add Cashews and process until smooth and creamy
Slowly begin to add water and lemon juice; mix until well combined. Add more or less water until you have reached desired consistency.
Add remaining spices and process until mixed well and smooth.
Notes
To make a cheese sauce just add more water! This cheese will keep for 5 days in the fridge. Add different spices to create different flavours of cheese.
