I'm going to show you how to make a vegan Kewpie mayo in under 10 mins! This vegan mayo is inspired by Japanese kewpie mayonnaise.

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar to a simmer over high heat. Lower the heat to medium to keep it simmering, not boiling.
  2. Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until reduced to about 1 tbsp.
  3. Place vinegar into a bowl with msg, turmeric and sugar and combine.
  4. Add vegan mayo and whisk until smooth.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled.
