  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix your favourite vegan pancake batter or use my pancake batter recipe
  3. Grease a baking sheet.
  4. Pour batter onto sheet pan, smoothing into an even layer.
  5. Add toppings of choice, like sliced strawberries, blueberries or chocolate chips!
  6. Bake for 10-12 mins until golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve!
