  1. Place garlic and olive oil in a small skillet and heat over medium heat. Cook garlic until lightly golden, about 2 min.
  2. Using a spatula, scrape the garlic and olive oil into a medium-sized mixing bowl, and allow to cool for a couple of mins.
  3. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper to the bowl with the garlic oil and toss to combine.
  4. Serve on toasted baguette, and garnish with additional flakey salt, basil or vegan parm.
