This Vegan Peanut Butter & Jam smoothie is one of my favourite breakfasts! It's super easy and tastes delicious! Also reminds me of my childhood of PB&J sandwiches.

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, if you are using unsalted peanut butter.
