This is the best biscoff banana bread recipe ever! Using Biscoff cookies, dark chocolate chips, bananas, flour, and a few simple ingredients, this banana bread recipe will become an instant household favourite.

Optional Biscoff topping:
  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Line a standard bread pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl cream/whisk together sugar, apple sauce, vegan melted butter, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla.
  3. Sift in baking soda, flour and salt.
  4. Add mashed bananas and mix well. First, Fold in 1 cup of crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer the batter to your lined bread pan.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with ½ cup of crushed cookies, flour, sugar (I recommend coconut or brown sugar), and cinnamon.
  7. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the batter in the pan, and place into the preheated oven.
  8. Bake for 60 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Place onto a wire cooling rack, and allow to cool.
  10. Remove from the pan and serve.
